Payment and shipping

For all products from our site payment can be carried out in the following ways:

1. In cash
   • Payment in cash at the distribution center (21 Moscow avenue)
   • Payment in cash to the courier upon receipt of products
   • Cash on delivery upon receipt of products via the "Novaya Pochta”

   * Payment is made exclusively in local currency.

2. Cashless payment
   • Cashless payment is carried out in a cash desk of any branch bank or from the business account of your company.
   • Cashless payment is made in the following way: after ordering, the store manager by fax or email will send you an invoice which you can settle in a cash desk of any branch bank or from the business account of your company.
3. Bank card
   • Online order payment by your credit card
   • Card payment in the terminal at the distribution center (21 Moscow avenue)

   Settlement by payment cards is carried out in the following way: during the order process online, you will be offered to choose a payment method. In the column "Method of payment" you need to select "by Credit Card". After that, you will be redirected to the page of secure bank payments system, where you will need to confirm the payment.

   Please, note that only the credit card owner can receive the products paid by card so upon receiving the order it is necessary to submit a passport or driving license.

Draw up an application online you can on a round-the-clock basis.

All applications filed via the website or by phone are processed during business hours (Monday till Friday from 9:00 to 18:00).

After receipt of the application our manager will contact you to confirm your order and delivery terms.

We provide the following options for goods receipt:

1. Customer pickup from distribution center (21 Moscow avenue)
   • Office hours: Mon-Fri from 09:00 till 18:00, Saturday, Sunday is day off.
2. Courier delivery within the city of Kiev
   • Delivery cost within Kiev is 50 UAH. When ordering goods worth over 500 UAH, delivery is free.
   • Current or the next day if the order was made before 12-00
   • Within 1-2 days from the date of order if order was made after 12-00
   • Delivery is from Monday to Friday from 09:00 till 18:00, excluding holidays
3. Delivery within Ukraine via “Novaya Pochta” service.
   • Delivery of orders via courier services within Ukraine is fee-based and paid separately upon receipt. The service "Cash on delivery" is possible only upon delivery via company “Novaya Pochta”. In the case of "COD" delivery, you can receive your order in warehouses of carrier-company where you can examine the goods, check its packaging and pay for the purchase on site.
   • Orders are shipped within 1-2 days from the date of order placing, excluding weekends and holidays.
